DonArbre is a registered non-profit dedicated to planting trees and protecting the environment. By using our website and services, you agree to the following policies.
1. Terms & Conditions
Purpose : DonArbre allows individuals to gift trees, dedicate them, and receive certificates in recognition of their contribution. We plant trees in areas affected by deforestation, wildfires, and floods. We work with local partners to ensure that the trees are planted in a sustainable and environmentally friendly manner.
Eligibility : You must be 18+ or have parental/guardian consent to make a purchase.
Order : Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email and a digital certificate.
Tree Planting : We aim to plant trees within 2-3 months of your order, depending on the planting season and location.
Personalized Tags : If you choose to add a personalized tag to the tree, please ensure that your message complies with our content guidelines. We reserve the right to refuse or remove any tags that are offensive, inappropriate, or violate any laws.
Use of Certificates : Certificates are symbolic and do not represent ownership of land or physical trees. They serve as recognition of your contribution to reforestation.
Changes : We reserve the right to update our policies, prices, or services at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
2. Refund Policy
- We want you to feel confident in your contribution.
- Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase, minus processing fees charged by Stripe (non-refundable to us).
- To request a refund, please contact us by filling the form in about us page with your order details.
- After 30 days, all contributions are final and go directly toward our mission of planting trees.
3. Privacy Policy

- Processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your full credit card details.

- Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and usage data for website functionality.
